We offer
Postural analysis and spinal alignment sessions, studio work to develop balance, flexibility, stability and strength. Schoolmaster lunge lessons for precision position alignment and dressage training are available at The Dressage Studio. We also offer one-day Confidence Workshops, Performance Workshops and Equipilates Teacher Training
